Business Days and Holidays
Our team is hard at work every Sunday to Thursday, but we know how to kick back and relax on Fridays, Saturdays, and those all-important holidays. After all, even fashion-forward folks need a break!

Delivery Methods
We've teamed up with the crème de la crème of shipping providers to ensure your orders arrive on time, every time. For local deliveries, expect your packages in 3-6 business days if you live in Greater Cairo, or Alexandria. Add an extra 1-3 days for father destinations within Egypt.

Going international? No problem – we've got you covered up to 6-14 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Options
Catering to your busy schedule, we let you choose the most convenient time for your delivery. Coordination is our middle name!

Urgent Orders
Got a last-minute event or a sudden style emergency? Give our customer service team a shout, and we'll do our very best to rush things through for you. Some, but not all products are available for urgent delivery.

Delivery Confirmation
When your package arrives, we'll need a signature from whoever's there to receive it. After all, we want to make sure your fabulous new threads make it safely to their new home.

Missed Deliveries
If no one's around to sign for your order, just get in touch with us, and we'll gladly rearrange a second attempt. We know life can be unpredictable, so we'll work with you to make sure you get your hands on your order. However, if more than two unsuccessful attempts are made, items shall be returned to us, and you will have to complete a new order.

In-stock Orders
For those can't-wait-another-minute purchases, your in-stock orders will be out the door in 3-6 business days. Easy peasy!

Please note that orders which are out-of-stock will not be re-stocked.

Custom-made Orders
Feeling unique? Our custom-made pieces are crafted to your specifications and will be ready in the timeframe listed on the product page or decided by you and your designer. It'll be worth the wait, we promise!

Shipping Charges
The shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout, taking into account the product and your delivery address. For special orders, we'll provide you with a personalised quote to keep things clear and upfront. 

Delivery Time Estimates: Your Schedule, Our Priority

Estimated Delivery Time
When you place your order, we'll give you an estimated delivery timeframe. This is our best guess, but it may be influenced by factors like carrier logistics and your location. Keep an eye out – your package could arrive sooner than expected! 

Delivery Time Guarantee
Unless the fashion gods themselves intervene, we'll do our darndest to get your order to you within 3-6 business days from the date you placed it. By "business days," we mean Sunday to Thursday, skipping over those well-deserved holidays.

Remember, this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To see the progress of your order, check tracking.

Tracking

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, don't worry! Please wait until your estimated delivery date. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon.

Late Orders

Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please wait a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) - our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you check your tracking link for the latest updates.
