Do you operate in other countries?

Umm, where is my 'expected delivery' email?

More often than not, it’s due to our email notifications being sent to your spam inbox. Check there first. If you really, really love us, add us to trusted contacts list!

Tick, Tock, in how many days will the courrier knock?

For local deliveries, expect your packages in 3-5 business days if you live in Greater Cairo, or Alexandria. Add an extra 1-3 days for father destinations within Egypt.

Going international? No problem – we've got you covered up to 6-14 business days, depending on your location.

Can we move this along?

Got a last-minute event or a sudden style emergency? Give our customer service team a shout, and we'll do our very best to rush things through for you.

Please note that only some, but not all products are available for urgent delivery.

Should I be present to receive my order?

When your package arrives, we'll need a signature from whoever's there to receive it.

After all, we want to make sure your fabulous new threads make it safely to their new home.

What If I'm not available?

If no one's around to sign for your order, just get in touch with us, and we'll gladly rearrange a second attempt. We know life can be unpredictable!

However, if more than two unsuccessful attempts are made, items shall be returned to us, and you will have to complete a new order.

Delivery Guarantee

Unless the fashion gods themselves intervene, we'll do our darndest to get your order to you within 3-6 business days from the date you placed it. By "business days," we mean Sunday to Thursday, skipping over those well-deserved holidays.

Remember, this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To see the progress of your order, check tracking.

Am I losing my eyesight, or is my tracking not being updated?

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, don't worry! Please wait until your estimated delivery date. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon.

"Knock, knock." "Who's there?" Not my order!

Hmm, waited until your estimated delivery date? Please wait a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) - our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you check your tracking link for the latest updates.
