Sizing Guide

You can find a size chart next to the size options on every product page. You can also find 'size & fit' guidance in the dropdown menu on each product page.

Simply follow the instructions to find your perfect size.

Exchange Policy Summary

  • 5-day exchange policy from date of receiving your order
  • Exchanges must be for the same product type and value.
  • Item must be unworn and in original condition.
  • This does not apply to custom/personalised products

NOTE: If you are returning products due to the size being too large, note that our shirts are 100% cotton and will shrink up to half a size after successive washes.

5-Day Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? No problemo! You've got 5 days from delivery to exchange your item. Just make sure you're swapping for the same type of product at the same value. Easy peasy!

  • Please make sure your exchange items are unworn and unwashed, and in the same condition.

How can I return something?

Head to the footer or to your account to start a return request. We suggest you subscribe to our emails as it log you in faster.

I received a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

Please get in touch with our Customer Care team as we'd be happy to help.

Please note that once your request has been reviewed and accepted, a courier will pick up the defective item free of charge.

Worn your favourite item one too many times? Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded.

Will I get a replacement for a faulty item?

Yes, if you are eligible for a return, we will send a replacement to you, ASAP.

Exchanges

We get it, sometimes something just isn't right. If you're not happy with the size or colour of your tee, you can exchange it for an item of the same product type and value.

For example: you want a different sized tee to the latest one you've ordered at 650LE. You must exchange it with another tee (not another product) with the same value.

what's your policy for exchanging discounted and free products?

You can return the item that you obtained at a discounted price for store credit. Store credit will equate to the value you paid for the discounted item.

* Free items will not be included in the store credit.

You can exchange the item that you obtained at a discounted price or for free only if you exchange with the same product type and same value.

Refund Methods

  • You'll be notified when returns are received and inspected.

Refund methods include, but are not limited to:

  • refunds being made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • gift cards
  • store credit
  • COD
  • InstaPay
  • Vodafone Cash

Do you inspect returned/exchanged items?

Absolutely, we would be negligent if we didn't. We expect that items return in their original condition.

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them

Will you refund delivery charges?

Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances. For example: if your entire order was faulty or incorrect.

Fair Use (Important)

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads - way, waaay more than even the most loyal ASOS customer would order or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Can I return a custom product

Returns are not accepted for custom-made or special edition products. With custom products, we can only accommodate exchanges for damaged or defective items, and not for change of mind. This policy extends to our special edition products as well.
